Hello, I’m glad you’re here

Whatever brings you here – stress, relationships, anxiety, loss, or that nagging feeling that something isn’t quite right: welcome.

I offer a warm, thoughtful space where we can explore whatever is on your mind, at a pace that works for you.

I’ve worked with people from a wide range of backgrounds, identities, experiences and stages of life, and aim to create a space where you can be yourself without fear of judgement.

Oh, and I’m kink-positive. For some people that’s important information; for others it’s a phrase they skim straight past. Either way, you’re welcome here.

So… do you need therapy?

Maybe. Maybe not. But if you’re asking, it’s worth exploring.

Not because anything is “wrong” with you.

Sometimes life gets messy. Human relationships can be confusing, and our brains offer opinions on everything, whether we asked or not.

Therapy gives you space to make sense of what’s going on, without judgement, interruptions, or being told to “just stay positive”.

It’s not about fixing you. It’s about helping you understand yourself and move forward with more clarity.

Who do I work with?

People, mostly. The reasons vary.

People come to therapy for many different reasons, and you don’t need to have a “big enough” one to reach out.

I’ve worked with people from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, identities, and stages of life. Common themes include anxiety, low mood, grief, stress, relationship difficulties, disability, body image concerns, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

We might also explore life changes, self-esteem, identity, work-related pressures, or simply a desire to understand yourself better.

I’m interested in the whole person, not just a diagnosis, symptom, or problem. Therapy can help us understand the different parts of ourselves and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface.

Whatever brings you here, you’re welcome to bring it with you – even if it’s difficult to put into words.

See if it feels right

I offer a free 20-minute chat before you decide anything.

You can ask questions, tell me as much or as little as you’d like, and get a sense of what working together might be like.

No pressure and no commitment. If it feels right, we’ll take it from there together.
